Return Policy

We uphold a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt for all purchases made at Louis Blue.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be advised that returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Our team will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that sale items and gift cards are ineligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
